First, I'd like to say, in this release I was supposed to include the BTS that aired after this episode. Unfortunately, someone in my class (I will find out who and they will pay) got me sick and I spent Easter weekend sleeping/delirious. So... no BTS for you. :P I will release it with episode 5 though. Promise.

I have a question though, why is that one girl's voice dubbed???
I assume you are talking about Chen Zi Han who plays Hui Fan?
Zi Han is dubbed because she is a Mainland China actress. She is from Chongqing which is right in the middle of China. To put it simply, Zi Han has been dubbed so she is easier to understand by the Taiwanese audience. Taiwan has a very strong and different accent than the rest of China. In fact there are a LOT of different accents from region to region because China is huge and the separation has allowed very distinct accents to be produced. This is why it is not uncommon for one or more actors to be dubbed based on where a drama is produced.
