Who's on fire? We are!
So many projects getting wrapped up~ And a finished project is one of the best feelings there is. lol So on that note... I bring you the FINAL BATCH of Legend of the Heavenly Stones!!

OMG it's really over. I'm actually so sad now. I looooved this show. It was cheesy and low-budget but epic, kick-ass, and had so many twists. At one point, I had a running tally of how many deaths occurred (key characters and henchmen!), but that kind of fell apart when they destroyed a whole village... so lets just say it's in the hundreds. lol

No more Heavenly Stones also means no more Ye Ming. *gasp* Just what will Resie do? She will be forced to get her Deeven fill in our other three projects featuring less *awesome* Deeven characters I guess. lol (Love you Resie :P)

Anyway... With X's identity being revealed in the previous batch, things start to get intense in this final batch as shocking motives are revealed and our heroes are faced with some tough dilemmas. What is right and wrong? How far would you go to get the one thing you want most? The twists and surprises just keep on coming till the very last second. On a slightly related note: Zhu Ge is a creepy creeper... seriously... WTF is wrong with you man? Evil is one thing... but disturbing is a whole separate issue for you.

I want to give some extra special love and thanks to this project's obsessed dedicated staff. ethidda, Crownelle, and Resie... you are all insane and I love you for that. TeddayBear you are my superhero, coming to my rescue just when I need you most. Thank you to everyone who worked hard on making this awesome project possible.

I have to say, this batch really shows one of my favorite things about this show.
While the story is fantastical and tests the limits of your imagination. The relationships in Heavenly Stones are so realistic and natural that it keeps the story grounded.

Anyone who has seen a few Asian dramas from any country would know how frustrating the romantic relationships can be. They seem awkward and uncomfortable. The lovers hardly look at each other, let alone touch each other. However, Heavenly Stones displays affection much more naturally. Whether it's flash backs of Shen Cong and Ling Ling or present day Tie Xiong and Zhen Zhen, their affection for each other is portrayed well in the flirtatious looks and smiles they give, the playful teasing, the way they touch, hold each other, and even kiss. This is a rare style for dramas. In fact the only other Chinese show I can think of right now that is so open and physical in the love department is "I Want to Become a Hard Persimmon."

Since most people have probably never heard of this show...
It's a science fiction suspense drama with a modern wuxia flair. WTF does that mean?
That means we've got all the gadgets, computers, evil scientists, lairs, laboratories, and occasionally cheesy special effects of a sci-fi show. Plus lots of martial arts in a wuxia style. And since it's suspense, there are so many twists and turns you wont know what's coming next. In short... It's awesome.

Plus the cast is pretty sweet if you're a fan of TAE and guys from My Hero.
Huang Yi, Zhang Ting and Ma Ke are pretty awesome too.

And for the record... Tang Yuan is such a pervy robot! LOL

In 1402, the Ming dynasty emperor, Jian Wen, brought his troops overseas to run away after a defeat and took with him the national treasure of five stones which have great powers, "the stones of the gods". Unfortunately, the crew ran into a tsunami at sea, caused by a meteor hitting the Earth, and the entire crew died, except for one high up official who accidentally grabbed the red "stone of the gods" and survived. Over six hundred years later...

In 2010, Shen Cong and Tie Sen formed the Dream-Realization Labs, and used the red "stone of the gods" to successfully develop the immortality that everbody wants which allows them to leave behind the cycle of birth, aging, illness, and death. Shen Cong and Ling Ling are a loving couple. On the day of the wedding, Ling Ling suddenly faints and the wedding was forced to stop. Ling Ling became the first test subject of the Dream-Realization Labs.

When the experiment revives the dying Ling Ling successfully, the Dream-Realization Labs located in the snow mountains suddenly explodes. Except for Shen Cong, nobody leaves alive. The only clue left at the site is an "X" mark.

Five years later, Tie Sen's son, Tie Xiong is already a third year biochemistry student. He's also become the world's leading software engineer. To bait the "Professor X" who killed his father years ago, Tie Xiong held a biochemstry technology talk called "Reviving the Dream-Realization Labs". But the event site suddenly got bombed, and many people were severely injured and died. The event site became chaotic, and there was an "x" mark left there. Shen Cong came to teach at Bei Song University to protect Tie Xiong. And the Lan's Cooporation's CEO, Lan Ye Cheng found all five "stones of the gods" and ordered his younger brother Lan Ye Ming and the assassin "Fei Niao" (Flying Bird, slang for an experienced internet user) to take Tie Xiong's laminar chip with records of clues to the "stones of the gods".
